Site Navigation:
All text which is brown and underlined is a clickable link which will take you to another spot on the site.
All thumbnail pictures are clickable. When clicked on, a larger picture will show up
along with details about the product. In most cases, you can then
click on the picture again for an even larger image. If not, check and see if you have Java enabled.
There are typically five ways to move around the site:
1) The navigation buttons on the left side of the screen.
2) Pictures and text in the main window, or page numbers at the bottom of the screen.
3) The text at the top of the window shows you where you have been. This is called a bread crumb trail. Any of the words in this trail are clickable and will take you back to any of these pages.
4) On each category page, there is a site map of every page within
that category. You can click on any one of these links to go
directly to the product area you are looking for.
5) There is a search feature in the upper left hand of every page.
You can type a word such as "faucet" and you will be shown every
faucet we have on the website. In some cases, less is more. Rather
than typing "faucets", you might try typing "faucet".
Any of these five methods will take you where you would like to go.
Site Viewing:
Screen Resolution:
This site looks best if viewed with a resolution of 1024 X 768.
(However, It is viewable with 800X600 as well.)
To check this do the following:
Right click on the desktop
Left click on properties,
Left click on the Settings tab.
This should show you what your screen resolution is.
Catalog:
The button called catalog will take you to a page with a form on it. By filling out this form, our customer service department will be able to send you literature, catalogues,
pricing, and other information about any products you would like.
Also, this form will be forwarded to the appropriate sales department. This enables us to tailor our help to your specific needs.
Product Item Number (HBM Part Numbers):
When you are looking through the site, hovering the mouse cursor over any picture will bring up a label showing what the item number is. This number may be entered on the bottom of the
catalog page. If you enter an item number in the form on the
catalog page, our customer service people will be able to send you literature, information and pricing about that specific product.
You can also view this number by clicking on any thumbnail picture.
