We offer more than 400 unique
manufacturers of decorative plumbing, lighting and hardware. Each company has a
price increase once, and sometimes twice per year. To keep the cost of overhead,
and your final price down, we opt not to hire additional staff to maintain the
pricing.

Having been in business for more
than 50 years..... we are a bit old fashioned! Personal service and support are
(almost) a thing of the past due to our ever changing, high tech world.
These very things are the foundations that our company was built on, and we just
are not ready to let them go! Don't worry, if you are only available after hours
we can also provide you with the same personalized service and support through
fax, email, or by making phone appointments that fit your schedule.

This was a rather difficult decision for us.
